Shipping
The order will be dispatched within 3 working days after cleared payment was received.
We offer free postage for mixers, tapwares and accessories order over $200.
We offer free delivery for any order over $1,000 within 40km away from STRATHFIELD NSW.
We offer free delivery for any order over $3,000 up to Newcastle, Blue Mountains and ACT areas.
For bulk and / or fragile items to interstate customers, we will need to use pallet or door to door courier, please contact us for freight quote before purchase.
* Any claim of item arrived damaged must be lodged within 7 business days from the date of the delivery.
Pick Up
Any pick up must to be prearranged.
We will inform customer once the order has been ready via email or txt message.
Return and Refund
Return and / or refund will be accepted within 30 days from the date of the delivery if the product is resalable condition and the product has not been installed. 20% restocking fee will be charged if customer wish to return and / or refund the product because changed mind of the purchasing made merely. No charge for exchange product or refund the product with defect or fault. We do not accept any part of the product for refund. Please provide proof of the purchase or equivalent document for return and / or refund.

Mixers come with 5 / 10 / 15 years warranty.

Tapwares come with 5 years warranty.
* 1 year products or parts replacement
* 5 years jumper values or spindles replacement
Accessories come with 5 years warranty.
* 5 years products or parts replacement
Shower Arms, Heads and Rails come with 5 years warranty.
* 5 years products or parts replacement
Combine Shower Sets come with 5 years warranty.
* 1 year product or parts replacement
* 5 years parts replacement
All other products come with 5 year manufacturer warranty.
** Please note postage may apply for sending replacement products or parts.
** Warranty shall be void for the following reason:
Failure to provide proof of purchase or equivalent document. Products not installed by a licensed plumbler. Failure to follow the manufacturer installation instructions. Failure to comply with National or State standards during installation or use. Tapware exposed to water pressures and or temperatures that exceed stated limitation as per the products installation instructions. Isolation stop taps are not fitted as stated on the manufacturer installation instructions. Fitting of non-approved products. Products used for incorrect applications, non-potable water and etc. Damage as a result of obstructions due to inadequate flushing of system before use. Damage as a result od installation or post installation use. Damage to finishes by adhesives, sealants and etc. Failure to follow manufacturer care and cleaning instructions.** We will not be liable for any loss or damage to furniture, floor covering, walls, fixtures or any consequential
damage or costs of any kind caused by any defect in the product or components. We will not be liable for any
consequential damage or costs where products do not have adequate accessibility.
